TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION

I agree to pay a one time initiation fee of $249 which pays the first 12 months of membership. My membership is valid for 12 months from this date at which time a renewal of $149 will activate my membership for an additional 12 months. If paying by credit card, I authorize Insight2Networking to charge my account for this membership. One primary and one secondary member from the same business and same location will be able to attend Insight2Networking events at member rates by using our password to signup for events. The password will be provided once my membership has been paid for and application has been processed. I will not share my password with anyone else to allow them to signup for events using my password. My membership can be terminated by the Executive Directors of Insight2Networking, Lori & Bob Wagner, 105 Corwin Street, Norwalk, OH 44857 at any time for ethics violations. I can also terminate my membership at anytime by providing a written resignation to Insight2Networking. No refund is due as the result of either termination.
