INSIGHT PHILOSOPHY

I2N chapter meetings are monthly, allowing you the time to take advantage of other networking events and activities. Although there is no attendance requirement for members, we encourage members to attend each month to make the most of their membership, their networking opportunities, and to increase their networking knowledge. Members pay only for those events they attend. Non-members are also welcome to attend, but pay an increased rate for attendance at each event.

Presentations are education-based, not based on someone's product or service. Each meeting focuses one shorter presentation on improving networking skills with a keynote presentation ranging from 30-45 minutes on educating members in different areas. The keynote presentation focuses on helping you overcome barriers that might be holding you back or keeping you idle by giving you the tools and education necessary to be successful in your business.

Tabletop & Sponsor Opportunities. Since each keynote presentation is based on the needs of the members, the talents and skills of our event sponsors relate to those needs. By utilizing these experts you extend your resources to your clients. Tabletop presenters pay for this marketing opportunity and are selected by the leadership of the organization.

We allow a variety of categories and do not limit our chapter to just one business per category. Knowing that God has gifted each of us with our own unique skills and talents, we believe everyone should be able to network with everyone, including those who do the same things. There is great power in learning each person's uniqueness and finding a way to use them as resource or give them a referral.

I2N is a networking organization. Although we greatly encourage the giving and receiving of referrals, our members are neither required to give a specific number of referrals nor do we take those referrals into account at our meetings. Our main focus is to educate our members on networking and increase the number of referrals they are giving and receiving, not just with I2N members, but their entire network. Therefore, we encourage our members to participate in more than one networking group and take advantage of networking opportunities whenever possible to continually grow and prosper their network and referral business.

I2N Networking & Referral Opportunities. Our monthly meeting starts off with a structured networking exercise. Because networking is built on relationships, you will be getting to know, like and trust the other attendees. We also have each attendee give his or her 15 second introduction statement before the close of the meeting, helping each of us understand what talents, skills or unique ability God has gifted them with and what a good referral would be for this individual. Remember, God created us to be givers; the true wonder of giving is that we, in turn, receive exponentially!
